Creativity is born from constraints

Every family, every person, and every moment is unique. I’ve assisted several families on Bainbridge Island and no two are the same. Retired couples growing tired of cooking, parents with passionate careers, professionals who prefer not to cook, individuals who are wanting to learn to cook and make change in their diet; the need to eat, and relative financial security are common to all. Gluten intolerant, mostly vegetarian, mostly carnivorous, no dairy, low sugar, goat milk okay, fish loving, no chicken, no onion, no garlic, no beans; these are examples of dietary restrictions I commonly come across.

Your dietary needs are not my problem; they are my ballpark
